Picking a Contractor
The contractor is the link between what you want and what your going to get. He's responsible for getting the job done, and having the appropriate people do those jobs. Therefore, when picking a contractor you should pick very wisely, after all, he's responsible for building the home your going to be staying in for the next 40+ years.
Get information from your local suppliers about your prospective contractor.
